I saw this scene again with a new friend’s five year old…I had a hard time not bawling again. :(
I had to leave the living room…I stood in the kitchen at the stove for the rest of the movie, crying my eyes out, while my husband shouted “Are you crying in there?” and I shouted “NOOO!”
I saw this in the theater with friends and the ENTIRE AUDIENCE including my friends and myself, tensed up during this scene. There were strings of ‘No no no no no NO!’ and ‘Oh hell no it’s not ending like THIS.’ and the beginning of quite a few full out sobbing and we were ALL FEELING IT.
